1. How can I buy a license?

You can buy Chernokozov Trading Adviser 2011 license in online store, and with our sales partners. Accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank/Wire transfer, Webmoney. Our sales partners provides all sales documents (based on local law) if you want buy license to your company instead personally.

2. How can I download distributive?

You can download distributive and documentation from our Downloads page (~15Mb) to use with purchased license or with demo version limited functionality (only some demo indexes are aviable in demo version). To work with the program in full mode you must purchase a license from one of our trading partners and activate it.

4. What is «license expire» ?

If you purchase & accept the standard license, it allows you to use one copy of the program on one computer for one year (365 days) after activation including day of activation. Day of activation is not day of purchase, activation means than you install application, enter purchased license, and press button "Activate online". In addition, you can also make one backup copy of the distributive for yourself.

5. What is «online activation»?

After you purchased and installed application you must activate it online by typing license serial number and your name on the first run. Each purchased license can be activated only once. After activation you can use Chernokozov Trading Adviser for all license period. For this moment you cant activate Adviser 2011 from SaaS or Android versions directly, so in this case use license activation on Windows, than use activated serial in SaaS or Android, or write activation request with your serial number to support@chernokozov.com. Keep in mind, you cant use twice copy of one license simultaneously, but, for example, you can use one license in Windows at home, SaaS at work, and on Android device in your car on the way from home to work. You can not use one license on two or more Windows computers, these actions violate the terms of the license.

6. Why does Adviser show only some «DEMO» indexes?

To view a full tickers set with real data analytics and trade signals, you must purchase license from any reseller or online and activate full mode with purchased serial number. Also it can be, if you try to use Adviser on older windows, in that case you must upgrade OS to XP(SP3), Vista(SP1) or Seven or Upgrade license to use SaaS version (see 8.1). Demo mode is a basic functional mode of Chernokozov Trading Adviser 2011, in this case sometimes demo called as basic license.

6.1 What is «Light» versions of WallSt and CIS?

Light versions have a full securities lists and graphic analytics, but have no any trading signals. Light versions is a cheap price version of Adviser, for people, who want try more functional and "play with" adviser with real market data, before buy one of the full functional licenses. Also time to time Light versions used for marketing purposes as a gifts for partners and customers.

7. What is «As Is» ?

The Software is licensed on an «As Is». It implies that we are not responsible for any of your transactions with the program, as well as for your transactions on the stock markets. You perform all transactions on the financial markets solely at your own risk. We don't cover any of your risky operations performed through our program. We don't guarantee anything except that our software can be launched under the system and that it meets the software and hardware requirements. Any possible controversy over the detention and execution of a license shall be subject to judicial review jurisdiction of the Isle of Man, as well as the laws of the Isle of Man.

8. System requirements

Personal computer with Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Seven or later. Microsoft .Net Framework 4 should be installed. Operation under 32x and 64x versions of these operating systems is guaranteed. You also need full and hi-speed access to the Internet to receive updates. Trading Adviser 2011 can run only in DEMO mode under older Windows. You need to upgrade OS up to XP(SP3), Vista(SP1) or Windows 7 to activate license. For our VIP clients we create SaaS version of Chernokozov Trading Adviser 2011 (see 8.1).

8.1 SaaS version and system requirements

You can purchase SaaS license or upgrade your license to SaaS license. For Upgrade to SaaS just email your serial number to support team. After upgrade you cant use Windows version. Keep in mind, you cant use twice copy of one license simultaneously. Supported Platforms: Windows (including old ones), Mac OS X, any Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris, tablets with Android or iPad, PDA with Windows Mobile, Android, iPhone, Sony PlayStation 3 and Sony PSP! Every device that have an internet connection and browser like Internet Explorer, FireFox, Chrome, Safari or WebKit should run SaaS version of Chernokozov Trading Adviser 2011! You can use multitouch feature to access data and zoom graphs easy, if your device support them: all data aviable in just one-two finger touch. To get pass to SaaS version of Adviser you need scan your billed invoice with purchaced license and attach it in email request for SaaS license upgrade to joinsaas@chernokozov.com.

8.2. What languages available?

Chernokozov Trading Adviser 2011 build-in localized to: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Chinese, Hebrew, German languages. Language auto detect based on your Windows settings and version. In future releases we planned support other. If you find any "bug" or "mistakes" on localizations, please write brief bugreport about it. Becouse product localization process doing by our local trade partners, we forward your request to them.

9. EOD finance analysis

Financial Analysis is performed in an automated manner at the end of the trading day (EOD). Usage of EOD data good to advanced portfolio management. In future we plan to release a separate version for intraday analysts, as well as for «scalping», but these versions are under development, as they involve integration with trading terminals.

10. Tickers

We have added the most liquid and popular tickers to the program. If you miss some tickers and like to see them in our program, just write us about it in the form of request for revision, and most likely we will add them to the next release. If there is a lot of requests we could probably also create special versions of the program (for example for Asian,Japan or some other markets).

11. Indicators

Automatically upgrading indicators MACD, ADX, RSI, DSS, OBV, BOLLINGER BANDS are implemented for all tickers every day. Procedures for the calculation of these indicators are repeatedly described in the economic literature and are not presented here. You can send a request for revision of procedures with a request to add additional indicators. In the case of multiple requests from customers they will likely be added in future versions or while updates.

12. Data refresh time

Since the analyst is based on EOD data, graphics are redrawn once a day after the closing of the trading session in New York or Moscow (depending on the ticker).

13. Internet connection

You need a modern fast connection to the Internet, preferably with unlimited Internet traffic to receive upgrades via the Internet on a daily basis.

14. How can I make real money on market?

Economy theory tells us about two basic trade strategies: Bullish and Bearish. Bullish: If you think that price is going up - Buy, after price reaches the top - Sell. Bearish: If you think that price is going down - Sell, after price reaches the bottom - Buy. Don't forget about risk management and stop-loss orders. We do not provide any support to your operations on real markets. We hope you take profit as professional trader! You can use any trade strategy at your own risk. 14.1 Do you have a trading backtesting?

Yes, in PLATINUM license every ticker have a one year trading backtesting for "Bullish" and "Buy&Hold". Backtesting running automatically monthly. Backtesting feature used for compare tickers and trading strategies. Average backtesting profit up to 1000% per some stocks.

15. Why is there no module for MetaStock, WealthLab, Quik?

We see the advantage of our adviser in its independence from the various trading terminals. You can use it even on a computer with no trading terminals. Publication as a separate program can also assure you that you are independent of specific brokers that means additional protection against «playing in the sandbox» with your broker. Moreover, for example, Quik is limited in number of simultaneously processed instruments and it has some other technical limitations. And many analysis programs have too much functionality, which only confuse the user in terms of different and complex strategies.

You can send us suggestions for further versions via e-mail to bugreport@chernokozov.com. We also think about a forum on our website where we’ll discuss innovations and your requests. We do not promise to implement all of your requests, but we’ll try to take them into account in the further elaboration of programs and new versions of the program. Requests to add tickers always have higher priority for us.

20. Bug reports

You can send us the bug reports via e-mail bugreport@chernokozov.com. There may be problems with different operating systems, hardware configurations, malfunction of analytic algorithms and so on. Please try to include to the bug report as much information as possible (computer configuration, operating system version, version of Chernokozov Trading Adviser, as well as your name, number, your license key for the program, your e-mail address). We will check the information, and if an error is confirmed, we will try to fix it in the next version of the program.

21. Updates license policy

Our clients receive all updates for free during the license period. You should purchase a new license after the expiration of current license. In case of serious errors in the program the compilers of the bug reports will get discounts for future versions.
